Policies & Client Care
Welcome to Quiet Current Healing. I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Hilary, a mind-body-spirit practitioner offering yoga, Reiki, insights and intuition sessions, and other supportive healing practices through Quiet Current Healing, LLC. These offerings are intended to support rest, reflection, reconnection, personal growth, and overall well-being.
These policies are here to create clarity, care, and mutual respect for every session, class, and offering. By booking a session, attending a class, purchasing an offering, or using this website, you agree to the policies below.
-
Payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment, class, or offering. If payment is not required at booking, payment is due by the time of service unless we have made another arrangement.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect sessions or offerings that have already been booked and confirmed.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client behaves in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, inappropriate, or outside the scope of the services I offer.
-
Your time and my time are both valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before your scheduled session, class, or offering, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.
No-shows are non-refundable.
If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, weather, or another unexpected circumstance, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the affected service.
If you have a concern about a purchase or session, please reach out so we can discuss it with care.
-
Please arrive on time for your session or class. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time in order to honor the schedule for other clients.
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
